  • 4:00pm-6:00pm  Early registration. Field Station (Inside the Lobby):  889 N Main St, Moab, UT 84532 * You only need to check-in once to get your card and/or wristband.  If you go to early check-in, you’re all set for the rest of the weekend. 

Friday, October 3, 2025

  • Noon - 2:30 pm  Lunch under the big white tent

  • 1:00 pm  Last shuttle leaves Amasa Back to return to Outerbike.

  • 1:30-3pm Can’dAid Outerbike Bike Build:
    With your support, our fundraising efforts will provide 40 bikes to local youth and youth on the Navajo Nation with brand new bikes and helmets – and you get to help build them. Details here

  • 2:00-3:30pm Guided E-MTB ride. Intermediate/Advanced ride leaving from main tent/info booth to the Big Mesa/ 7 Mile Rim area.

  • 3:00-4:00pm Suspension Setup Deep Dive - 3:00 PM @ SHREDLY Boutique

  • 4:00-5:30 pm  Happy hour by Uinta Brewing with prizes and giveaways (must be present to win)

  • 5:00 pm  Demos close

  • 8:00 am  Registration and check-in opens at the event. Get your card, wristband and swag so you can play :)  

  • 9:00 am  Gates open & bike demos begin!

  • 9:15 am - 1:30 pm  Continuous shuttles departing to Navajo Rocks trailhead (5 intermediate trails, 1 expert).  The shuttle will also bring you back to the venue.  *No E-bikes on shuttles.

  • Reeb Romp Friday Outerbike Ride: Join the Trail Boss- Jeff Lenosky for a No-drop ride at Navajo Rocks. We'll session some features, give some tips and have fun! Register here and meet at Reeb booth.

  • Noon - 2:30 pm  Lunch under the big white tent 

  • 1:30 pm  Last shuttle leaves Navajo Rocks to return to Outerbike

Directions:  Go 8 miles north of Moab on Hwy 191.  Turn right at the Bar M Chuckwagon and follow the signs to the BLM parking/trailhead and the Outerbike venue.  

You may drive to the event and park in any of the free onsite lots. You may also take one of our free shuttle buses departing downtown Moab each morning. And of course, you can always ride your bike.  Bring your lock and we will have racks available for you at the event.
